Tutorial on Making DIY Electronic Sound box













1、 Dear Customers

Thank you for choosing our DIY Sound box Kit.

It's clearly that you are a person who likes to do it yourself (Don't worry, even you

just stepped in electronic world, we will provide technical support.) There will be no

doubt that you will succeed at the first go-off as long as you have the basic aware of

blueprint reading and debugging.

Please study this operation manual before you solder, which can help you to complete

the work of sound box better and faster.

The following section describes the things need to be noticed in the process of

soldering, do read carefully.

An electric iron with about 40W power, a solder wire about 0.8 in diameter, some

solder paste and rosin, and a combination cut pliers.

Put all the elements into the box before you start. (It will be really troublesome if

you got something lost.)

2、Preparation of schematic diagram

Open the schematic diagram of data center and follow it when soldering.

3.Component list

Count items firstly when you get the kit and follow the schematic diagram and the

component list when soldering.

4.The protective film on the shell must be removed before

installation. Violent assembly must be avoided because this

material is as fragile as glass.

5、Attention：A 1K ohm resistance is soldered on major PCB

and minor board PCB of new version.
