LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARDROBE DOOR WARRANTY

guarantees its One-Diamond (♦) Wardrobe Doors and Aspen
™
model Wardrobe Door
products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser and the first consumer-owner only.
If a product fails due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our option,
repair it or replace it with the most nearly identical product which we sell at the time or refund the original
purchase price. Contractors Wardrobe

, Inc. will not be liable for any labor charges or freight costs incurred in
connection with repair or replacement of a product.
This warranty does not cover:
A. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse or accident occurring after
installation;
B. Mirror breakage;
C. Damage resulting from foreign matter in the bottom track or on the back or edges of
the product;
D. Damage due to use outside normal architectural requirements or within six (6) miles of
the ocean, or rust caused by atmospheric conditions.
E. Defects resulting from any modification or installation made by anyone other than
Contractors Wardrobe
®
, Inc.
F. Problems related to field finishing of any product: painting, staining, alterations or
additions to any product.

, Inc.'s sole responsibility is as set forth above. IN NO EVENT SHALL CONTRACTORS
WARDROBE
®
, INC. BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions
may not apply to you.
If it becomes necessary for you to request service under this warranty, please write to the Contractors

, Inc. service and repair facility at the following address and include a brief description of the
problem, your name, address, telephone number, date of purchase and/or invoice number.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY. THERE ARE NO
WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. Some states do
not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
