OBJECTIVE:
Be the first player to get all balls of the same color in the pockets.
SET-UP:
1. Place pool table on flat and stable desk or table.
2. Place the triangle on one end of the pool table.
3. Place the yellow and red balls inside the triangle, ensuring that no two balls of the same color are directly next to
each other. The black ball should be in the center. The balls are now racked.
4. Remove the triangle.
5. Place the white ball on the opposite end of the table, aligning it with the first ball of the triangle.
Note: Ensure that the ball catcher is inserted in the side cutout of the pool table before playing.
To Break:
1. Designate which player will go first.
2. Player 1 will use a pool stick to hit the white ball with enough force to make it hit the racked balls and break them
apart.
a. The first ball that goes into a pocket is the color that Player 1 will shoot for the rest of the game.
b. If no balls go into a pocket:
i. Player 2 may re-rack the balls and break again, or
ii. Player 2 may call a color to shoot for the remainder of the game, and take their first shot attempt.
To Play:
1. After the break, the player whose turn it is will take their shot.
a. The player will use a pool stick to hit the white ball in attempt to knock it into their color balls, and knock
their color balls into the pockets.
i. If a player knocks their color ball(s) into a pocket, they may shoot again, and continue shooting until
they miss.
ii. If a player knocks no balls into the pockets, it is the next player’s turn.
iii. If a player knocks the other player’s ball(s) into a pocket, it is the next player’s turn.
iv. If a player knocks the white ball into the pocket, the other player will remove the white ball from the
pocket, place it anywhere on the opposite end of the pool table, and take their shot.
v. If a player knocks the black ball into a pocket before all of their color balls have been shot into the
pockets, then that player loses the game.
2. Once a player has shot all of their balls in the pockets, they will attempt to shoot the black ball into a pocket.
a. If the player misses, it is the next player’s turn. The next player will continue shooting their color balls into
the pockets. If both players have all of their color balls in the pockets, then they will alternate attempting to
shoot the black ball into the pocket. The person who shoots the black ball into the pocket without shooting
the white ball into the pocket wins.
