Warranty Conditions

LED Lights are guaranteed by Manufacturer, US Lighting Group, an Ohio limited liability company: for twenty
five (25) years from the date of purchase against all defects that may occur during normal usage; provided that
the usage complied with manufacturer’s installation instructions and terms of usage.

ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. CUSTOMER’S REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS, WHICH SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES
AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMER.
The company is not responsible for incorrect installations or installation damage.
Any claims related to this agreement must be brought in an appropriate court sitting in Cuyahoga County, Ohio,
which courts shall have exclusive venue and jurisdiction to hear any such claims.
The customer agrees to use the product in strict compliance with all instructions from Manufacturer.
Additionally, misuse of the lights and performing any work on the tubes or circuit boards that has not been
authorized or approved by Manufacturer will void any and all warranties.
This warranty is rendered invalid if:
A defect is the result of improper use or unauthorized work on the lights;
A defect results from the use of non-approved spare parts or changes to the lights; or
No proof is provided as to when the lights were purchased and by whom they were supplied.
