In Case of Inhalation:
4. First Aid Measures
Emergency and First Aid
Procedures:
Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of fresh, tepid water for at least 15 minutes.
Hold eyelids open to ensure complete irrigation of eye and lid tissues. Tilt head to the
side and irrigate the eye from the bridge of the nose to the outside of the face. Keep
run-off from entering the other eye, mouth or ear. Washing eye within the first few
seconds is essential to achieve maximum effectiveness. Remove contact lenses, if
present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Get immediate medical advice/attention.
In Case of Eye Contact:
Flush thoroughly with fresh, tepid water for 15 minutes. Discard contaminated clothing
and footwear or wash before reuse. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
In Case of Skin Contact:
Rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious
person. Drink large amounts of water. If vomiting occurs keep airways open. Keep head
lower than the hips to prevent aspiration into the lungs. Get immediate medical
advice/attention.
In Case of Ingestion:
Immediately move victim to fresh air. If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Get
immediate medical advice/attention.

As in any fire, wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in pressure-demand,
MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent), and full protective gear.
