Windows® Live Messenger
Follow the instructions in the sub-chapter “Web UI - 1.
Conguration” > “MSN”.
Start a Windows Live Messenger from the remote site and 2.
login with an account listed on “Contact Account” of “Web
UI - Conguration” > “MSN”.
Authorize the main unit (whose name depends on the 3.
information you have lled in).
You are now able to get the status and control the main unit 4.
with the Windows® Live Messenger.
The main unit will send you a message if the power socket(s) 5.
is / are reset.
You can control / get the status using the following 6.
commands:
Command Parameters
SET [ON / OFF / RESET] [0 / 1 / 2]
To set the action of the power socket(s). The rst parameter
denotes the actions: ON (on), OFF (off) or RESET (reset)
while the second parameter denotes which power socket(s):
0 = both, 1 = power socket 1, 2 = power socket 2.
e.g. “SET RESET 0” is the command to reset both power
sockets.
