Set a port forward in your router to forward the external 5.
client request for the port (of the main unit) to the main unit’s
IP address. Read the operating instruction for the router if
you have any difculties in setting the router.
For example:
You have set the port of the main unit to be 8080. -
The main unit’s “IP Address” is 192.168.0.56. -
Then you need to set port forwarding to forward the -
external client request from the port 8080 to the port 8080
of the local IP 192.168.0.56.
The web UI is ready to be connected over the Internet. 6.
Using the free domain name service provided
To use the free domain name service provided, select 1.
“System status” on the menu bar.
The universal resource locator of the main unit provided by 2.
the manufacturer is shown in the eld “Free Domain Name”.
By default, it is “(main unit’s serial number). icv99.net”.
If you prefer to use another free domain name you can
change it.
Click on the link “click to rename”.a.
At the rst use, click on the button “Activate”.b.
Fill in the “Product Serial Number” (You can nd it in c.
“System status” > “Serial Number”) and the “Product
Master Password” (you can nd this on the sticker at the
back of the main unit).
