Remotely controlling the main unit14.

The power sockets on the main unit can be remotely controlled

via:

Web user interface via the Internet•

Windows® Live Messenger.•

Web UI over the Internet

To use the web user interface via the Internet, you need to

setup a port forwarding in your router and use the DDNS

server. (See the chapter “Web UI - Conguration”)

You can either use the free domain name service provided

or apply for a domain name service from the providers listed

below:

Preparation for using Web UI over the Internet

Select “Network” on the menu bar. 2.
