Warrants all upholstered fabrics against seam slippage, fraying and dye transfers. This
Warranty does not cover tears, flattening of nap, piling, fading or shrinking and is not
valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. This warranty also does not cover
protective finishes, velvets, velvet types, and Orlon, since by their very nature these
fabrics are soft in texture and will crush, shade and mark more readily than most fabrics.
These characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect.
RECLINING MECHANSIM: 90 days Limited Warranty from date of shipping
All mechanisms used in recliners are warranted to be free from material manufacturing
defects for 90 days.
MOTORS: 90 days Limited Warranty from date of shipping
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
This Limited Warranty doesn’t cover merchandise sold “AS IS,” second hand, floor
samples, display samples, purchased at a distress or going-out-of-business sale or from a
Liquidator. All warranties, express or implied, cover only normal household usage. No
warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, delivery or transportation
damage, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning
or care. Warranty is null and void if furniture has been moved from original point of
delivery to consumer.
