Installation Instructions
All Style Large Retro-Split Storm Collar Flashings
Large 12” Size Retro-Split Storm Collar
One Retro-Split Collar Includes:
1. One (1) All Style Industries Small Retro-Split® EPDM Storm Collar
assembly which includes two (2) wrap-around skirt sections, one 12 in.
dia. top plug, and a stainless-steel marine grade band clamp.
Tools & Other Building Materials Required for Kit Installation:
1. One Nut Driver or Screw Driver
Installation of a Retro-Split Storm Collar Flashing:
Retro-Split Storm Collars contain of a top plug molded to correctly match the
geometric shape and size of a roof penetration which has already passed
through, or has been installed within, a roof jack flashing. The roof flashing raises
the roof deck level higher than any expected high rain water level, and the Storm
Collar “Counter-Flashes” the Roof Jack Flashing creating a weatherproof
assembly. It is necessary to order the correctly sized Retro-Split collar
plug in order to maintain a weatherproof assembly.
In order to install a Retro-Split Storm Collar Umbrella, connect the two wrap-
around skirt sections by pressing one of the male locking ends into one female
receiving slot. The two skirts section will create a chain or double length skirt.
Wrap the double size skirt chain around the penetration and connect the ends of
the chain by again pressing the male wedge end into the opening of the female
opening slot. Make sure all the pre-molded tabs are facing upward.
