Test Packet.

Acknowledge Packet

PktType: The packet type the acknowledge responds.
Flag: ‘0’ = Invalid packet.
‘1’ = Unsupported packet type
‘2’ = Valid packet, but action failed
‘3’ = Valid packet, and action succeeded
