HOW DOES IT WORK? – Vacuum filters are one of the components responsible for extending the life of your vacuum
cleaner by keeping dirt and debris from the internal unit. In turn, this improves the suction and effectiveness of your
vacuum. If you want your unit to maintain peak performance, the prevention of particle build-up in the system is essential.
This filter collects fine airborne particles and
irritants that contaminate the air. Fine
particles get recycled back into the room
while you vacuum, but a vacuum filter traps
the particles and keeps them from escaping.

PROPER MAINTENANCE
How often should you replace a vacuum filter?
This will always depend on how often it is used, and the quality of the air. In highly polluted environments, a vacuum filter
will need to be replaced more often than normal.
The standard replacement frequency for a vacuum filter is about once per season. Every 3 months they should be
replaced, but they can be replaced as early as 1 month, and some of them as late as 6 months! Be sure to check the
quality of the filter regularly.
CARE TIPS:
• Depending on use and air quality, replace filter every 1-3 months for optimal performance.
• Check the quality of the vacuum filter before you start vacuuming.
• Filter can be washed by hand gently, under warm water.
• If you wash filter, be sure to let the filter dry completely before re-installing.
