EMERGENCY OVERVIEW: Product Description: This product is an off-white liquid with a mild ammoniacal odor. Health
Hazards: Inhalation of vapors, mists or sprays may cause irritation. Eye contact can cause moderate to severe irritation. Skin contact
may be irritating, especially if contact is prolonged. Ingestion may be harmful. Flammability Hazards: This product is not flammable
or combustible. If involved in a fire, this product will release smoke, acrid vapors and toxic gases (e.g., carbon, nitrogen and silicone
oxides, phenol, ethylene glycol, formaldehyde, formic acid, glyoxal, dioxalane and ammonia). Reactivity Hazards: This product is
not reactive. Environmental Hazards: Components of this product can cause long-term harm to aquatic organisms. Release of this
product to the environment may cause harm to plants and animals. Emergency Response Considerations: Emergency responders
must wear proper personal protective equipment (and have appropriate fire protection) suitable for the situation to which they are
responding.

4. FIRST-AID MEASURES
PROTECTION OF FIRST AID RESPONDERS: Rescuers should be taken for medical attention if necessary. Remove or cover gross
contamination to avoid exposure to rescuers.
DESCRIPTION OF FIRST AID MEASURES: Contaminated individuals must seek medical attention if any adverse effect occurs. Take
a copy of label and SDS to physician or health professional with the contaminated individual.
Skin Exposure: If this product contaminates the skin and irritation develops, immediately begin decontamination with soap and water. Remove
exposed or contaminated clothing, taking care not to contaminate eyes. The contaminated individual must seek medical attention if adverse effects
continue after flushing.
