Step 4 å Fasten the UPPER BRACE (E) to the UPPER BRACE MOLDING (Q). Tighten three TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER 1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. 2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.

Use four BLACK 1-1/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (RR). å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them.
Step 9 å Fasten the LOWER BRACES (D) to the LEFT END (B3). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS in the edges of the LOWER BRACES insert into the holes in the LEFT END. å NOTE: Do not put any pressure on the LOWER BRACES (D) until they are fastened to the RIGHT END in the next step. Step 10 å Fasten the RIGHT END (A3) to the RIGHT MOLDING (U). Use two BLACK 2-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (NN). å Fasten the RIGHT END (A3) to the BACKS (F2). Tighten three HIDDEN CAMS. å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS in the edges of the backs insert into the holes in the RIGHT END. å Fasten the LOWER BRACES (D) to the RIGHT END (A3). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å NOTE: Be sure the METAL PINS in the edges of the LOWER BRACES insert into the holes in the RIGHT END.
Step 11 å Fasten the TOP (C) to the MOLDINGS (T, U, and V). Use seven BLACK 1-5/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (PP). å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. Step 12 å Insert the dowel end of four TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS (DD) into the ENDS (A3 and B3). Follow the enlarged diagram. å NOTE: If you already pushed TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS into the UPPER BRACE (E), pull the FASTENERS back out of the holes. å Push the UPPER BRACE (E) onto the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS in the ENDS (A3 and B3). å Fasten the UPPER BRACE (E) to the ENDS (A3 and B3). Tighten four TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. Push the UPPER BRACE (E) onto the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. DD Q B3 E DD E B3 A3 www.
Step 13 å Carefully turn two FOOT SCREWS (CC) a few turns into the BOTTOM MOLDING (R). å Next, turn a FOOT (BB) onto the other end of each FOOT SCREW (CC). Turn the FEET clockwise until the FOOT SCREWS are tight in the BOTTOM MOLDING and FEET. å NOTE: Do not overtighten the FOOT SCREWS. CC BB R BB Page 18 401323 www.sauder.
Step 14 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 1 2 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. Insert the SMALL DRAWER SIDES (D24 and D25) at an angle into the slot at each end of the SMALL DRAWER FRONT (L2).
Step 15 VIEW THE DRAWER GLIDE VIDEO å å Insert a SLIDE CAM (MM) into the SMALL DRAWER SIDES (D24 and D25). å å å å NOTE: The glides are not intended to rotate. Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35AC) to the SMALL DRAWER RIGHT SIDE (D24) and a DRAWER LEFT (35AD) to the SMALL DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D25). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (TT) through holes #1 and #2. NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE. Fasten two KNOBS (EE) to the SMALL DRAWER FRONT (L2).
Step 16 å Carefully stand your unit upright and position the unit in its final location. We recommend using the SAFETY STRAP (60M) for added stability. å NOTE: Do not turn the SAFETY DRYWALL ANCHOR (61M) into a wall stud. If you prefer to fasten the SAFETY STRAP (60M) to a wall stud, go to your local hardware store for proper hardware. å INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: (Also available at www.yl-anchors.com) 1.
Step 17 å å To insert the drawers into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the glides on the drawer behind the glides on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit. Almost time to celebrate! With a nap. Step 18 å Apply the WARNING LABEL (XX) to the SMALL DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D25). You should be able to read the label when the drawer is open. When the drawer is closed, it will hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram. WARNING Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To help prevent tip-over: -Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers. -Unless specifically designed to accommodate, do not set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
Step 19 å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #2 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments.

Insérer quatre GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (HH) dans les petits trous dans les chants courts des ENTRETOISES INFÉRIEURES (D).
ÉTAPE 9 ÉTAPE 12 Fixer les ENTRETOISES INFÉRIEURES (D) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B3). Serrer deux FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®. Insérer l'extrémité filetée des quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® (DD) dans l'EXTRÉMITÉS (A3 et B3). Suivre les indications du schéma agrandi. REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL situées sur les chants des ENTRETOISES INFÉRIEURES dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE.
ÉTAPE 15 ÉTAPE 17 Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (MM) dans les CÔTÉS DE PETIT TIROIR (D24 et D25). Pour insérer les tiroirs dans l'élément, abaisser le devant du tiroir et faire passer les coulisses situées sur le tiroir derrière les coulisses situées sur l'élément. Relever le devant du tiroir et l'enfiler dans l'élément. Fixer un TIROIR DROIT (35AC) sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE PETIT TIROIR (D24) et un TIROIR GAUCHE (35AD) sur le CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE PETIT TIROIR (D25).
