Ends.

• Learn how to use before using

• Fully inspect Ramp Ends and planks for any damage. If

any damage or cracks, Do Not use. Replace immediately

• Do Not exceed 700 lbs total gross weight per ramp end

• Ramp end must be fastened securely to loading surface

while loading or unloading

• Do not ride nor drive power equipment up or down the

ramp. Pull with a winch or push.

• If loading or unloading from a vehicle, ensure vehicle is

turned off, in park, emergency brake is on and the

vehicle wheels are chocked.

• Ramps must be dry and grease free when using. Do Not

use ramps if they are wet, have oil, grease or any

substance on the surface.

• Do Not use worn, cracked, broken or brittle planks or

ramp ends. Replace immediately.

• Do Not push more than you are capable.

• Ensure proper footing at all times to avoid slipping

• Do Not allow implement to veer of the planks or Ramp

Ends during loading or unloading.

• Ensure implement remains on Ramp Ends and Planks

during loading and unloading.

Serious Injury or death.

When loading or unloading implements to or from a vehicle or

trailer:

• Park on solid level surface

• Park vehicle in Park, with the vehicle turned off, emergency

brake on and the vehicle wheels are chocked to prevent

movement.

• Secure Ramp Ends to loading surface at proper distance

apart matching centerlines of ramps with the center lines of

the implaement’s wheel.

• Ensure spacing width of the ramps matches the

implement’s wheels for the entire length of the ramps .

• Ramp spacing width must remain consistently matched to

the implement’s wheel spacing width.

• Do Not attempt to load or unload power equipment or

power implements with it’s engine running.

• Do Not leave ramps unattended when attached to loading

surface

• Store properly when not in use to avoid damage

• Keep out of reach of small children.

damage resulting from the attachment, use or misuse of the

Ramp Ends or assembled product. The liability of this product

is limited to its purchased price if it proved to be the result of

poor workmanship or defective material.

Assembly Instruction: Before installing your Ramp Ends, it is important to establish the length of plank needed for proper use (refer to chart below). Choose two new, free of knots or cracks Douglas Fir or Oak 2” x 8” or 2” x 10” planks if you have 8” wide Ramp Ends or 2” x 12” Planks if you have 12” wide Ramp Ends. To determine proper plank length: • Measure vertical distance from the ground to the bed platform where the Ramp Ends will rest (i.e. bed of truck or trailer).
