Step 1

2 Sets

Lay on side. Attach outer frame (part A) to supporting

post (part C) using screws (part F). Use hex key (part G)

to tighten. Next, attach wheels (parts D and D1) with

cap nuts, making sure each "leg" has one piece of part D

and one piece of part D1.

Attach upper post (part B) to frame using (part E).

Tighten bolts and screws using hex key (part G) and

wrench (part H).
