7. WARRANTY
Seller warrants that its product will conform to and perform in
accordance with the product specifications. The foregoing
warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to those concerning merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. Because of the difficulty in

that Seller’s liability to the Buyer shall not exceed the total

hereunder.
prevent the sand from hardening. The product softens when
it is wet and firms up when it dries to resist soil movements.
Spray in an upward direction in order for the water to fall
lightly on the complete surface without displacing Paver
Locking Sand from the joints. Hard narrow sprays of water
could knock loose Paver Locking Sand from the joints.
Drying Time:
• Let dry for 4-6 hours before light foot traffic, about 24 hours
before heavy foot traffic and about 72 hours before vehicle
traffic depending on temperature, humidity, wind and
thickness of the joints. Cooler temperatures will slow the
curing time. Full cure is reached in approximately 30 days.
• Product should be thumbprint hard before using the surface.
Clean Up
Use soapy water to clean hands and tools immediately after
use. A white film on the surface of the pavers indicates the
product was not completely swept off the surface prior to
wetting.
Limitations
• Product in bag when purchased, stored, and used needs to
be dry.
• Weather conditions must be dry and no rain in forecast for at
least 12 hours after application.
• Temperature must be above 50°F (10°C) and surfaces must
be completely dry for successful application.
• Do not apply to wet or damp surfaces, moisture activates the
binder and can make Paver Locking Sand stick to the sur-
face and prevent it from flowing down into the joints.
• If Paver Locking Sand adheres to unwanted surfaces, a high
-pressure sprayer or mechanical removal may be required.
• Do not mix Paver Locking Sand with cement or other addi-
tives.
• Avoid excessive wetting or flooding of paved areas.
• Best results are achieved with an average joint width of ¼”-
⅜”. Wider joints such as those found with irregular flagstone
are not recommended for this product.
• A good drainage bed under the pavers will provide the best
performance. A wet joint must be able to dry out in order for
the product to perform as designed. If the paver area is
continuously exposed to a sprinkler or water source that
keeps the joints moist, the joint will remain soft until it has
the ability to fully dry out.
