PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Portland Cement (Type I) is used to
make concrete for a variety of building
construction, repairs, stucco, or mortar
applications such as sidewalks, floors,
footings, patios, and setting posts, block,
and brick. Meets ASTM C-150.

Portland Gray Type I is available in:
92.6 lb. (42 kg) bag (BOM #100908)
46.2 lb. (20.95 kg) bag (BOM #100910)
TYPICAL YIELD
One 92.6 lb. bag contains 1 cu. ft.
One 46.2 lb. bag contains ½ cu. ft.
MIXING
Refer to the mix designs chart for typical
proportions by volume per appropriate
application.
Add the minimum amount of clean water
necessary, too much water will weaken
the product. Mix until uniform, workable
consistency is reached.
APPLICATION
Read all directions before starting work.
Concrete will remain workable for at least
1 hour. The air, mix, and substrate
temperatures should all be between
40°-90°F (4.4°-32.2°C). Protect from
freezing for at least 48 hours.
CURING
To aid curing, spray surface lightly with
water 2-3 times per day for 3 days.
CLEAN UP
Use warm, soapy water for cleaning
hands and tools while product is wet.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Gloves and goggles are
recommended safety equipment
• Use only clean mixing container and
tools
• Store in tightly closed container off the
floor in a dry place
Proper application and installation of all
TCC products are the responsibility of
the end user.
WARNING
This product contains Portland cement.
Contact with cement, freshly mixed
concrete, or mortar can cause severe
burns. The cementitious materials mixed
onsite are alkaline in nature and on
contact with water may irritate the eyes
and skin. If contact with eyes occurs,
flood eyes repeatedly with clean water
and see a physician immediately. Do not
rub eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after
handling or before eating. Do not take
internally. This product may contain
silica. Inhaled silica dust may cause
respiratory or other health problems.

WARRANTY
Seller warrants that its product will
conform to and perform in accordance
with the product specifications. The
foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other
warranties, expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to those
concerning merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose. Because of the
difficulty in ascertaining and measuring
damages hereunder, it is agreed that,
Seller’s liability to the Buyer shall not
exceed the total amount billed and
billable to the Buyer for the product
hereunder
ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY
Uncured or crushed cured cement is an
environmental hazard, which may
adversely affect fish and wildlife. Dispose
of construction debris containing cement,
including empty bags, at a permitted
municipal disposal firm. Do not use
crushed concrete as a fill near an aquatic
habitat.
