STEP 3: _________________________________________________________________________________________

Again beginning at the top, place a Hex Screw into the pre-drilled

hole and thread the Hex Screw in with the Hex Wrench provided.

Note: Do not fully tighten until all Hex Screws have been inserted.

Place the next Hex Screw on the next pre-drilled hole down

on the post. Again, do not fully tighten. Fig. 11
