60‐DAYLIMITEDWARRANTY NaritaTradingCompany,Inc.,thewarrantor,extendsthefollowingLIMITEDWARRANTYtotheoriginalownerofitsproduct:
1.PRODUCTANDPARTS
Ifwithin60daysofthepurchaseofourproduct,anypartorportionshallproveuponexaminationbythewarrantortobedefectiveinmaterial or workmanship,thewarrantorwillrepair
orreplacesuchpart,portion,orproductatthewarrantor’s
option.
2.CONDITIONSANDEXCEPTIONS
Thiswarrantyshallapplyonlywhentheshoppingcartisassembledwithreasonablecareandaccordingtotheinstructionsfurnished.Anymisuse,abuseoralterationofit,anyoperationofitinamodifiedform,orany
attempttorepairwillvoidthis
warranty.Misuseincludes,but,notlimited,usingthecarexceedingtheweightmaximumasstatedonlabelandusingthecart forpurposesnotintendedbythewarrantor.
3.SERVICEANDREPAIRSEXPENSE
UnderthisLimitedWarranty,thewarrantorwillprovideonlyareplacementshoppingcart
orapartthereof.Theownerisresponsibleforallothercosts.Suchcostsmayinclude,butarenotlimitedto:
(a) Laborchargesforservice,removal,repair,orassemblyoftheshoppingcartoranycomponentpart.
(b) Shipping,delivery,handling,andadministrativechargesforforwardingthenewshoppingcartorreplacementpart
fromthewarrantorandreturningtheclaimeddefectivecartorparttothewarrantor.
(c) Allnecessaryorincidentalcostsforanymaterialsrequiredforassemblyofthereplacementcartorpart.
4.LIMITATIONONIMPLIEDWARRANTIES
IMPLIEDWARRANTIES,INCLUDINGANYWARRANTYOFMERCHANTABILITYIMPOSEDONTHESALEOFTHISSHOPPINGCART
UNDERSTATELAW,ARE LIMITEDTO60DAYSDURATIONFORTHECARTORANYOFITSPARTS.SOMESTATESDONOT
ALLOWLIMITATIONSONHOWLONGANIMPLIEDWARRANTYLASTS,SOTHEABOVELIMITATIONMAYNOTAPPLYTOYOU.
5.CLAIMPROCEDURE
Anyclaimunderthiswarrantyshouldbeinitiatedwiththe
warrantorbymailingoftheoriginalpurchasereceiptwithareturnaddress.Theownershallalsoincludeaconcisestatementastothenatureofdamageanditscause.Allclaimsshallbe
forwardedto:

Thewarrantorwillonlyhonorreplacement
withanidenticalorsimilarshoppingcartorpartsthereofwhicharemanufacturedordistributedbythewarrantor.
6.DISCLAIMER
NOOTHEREXPRESSWARRANTYHASBEENMADEORWILLBEMADEONBEHALFOFTHEWARRANTORWITHRESPECTTOTHECARTORASSEMBLY,OPERATION,REPAIR,ORREPLACEMENTOFTHECART.THE
WARRANTORSHALLNOTBERESPONSIBLE
FORLOSSOFUSEOFTHEUNIT,INCONVENIENCE,LOSSORDAMAGETOPERSONALPROPERTY,WHETHERDIRECTORINDIRECT,ANDWHETHERARISING INCONTRACTORTORT.SOMESTATESDONOTALLOWTHEEXCLUSIONORLIMITATIONOF
INCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES,SOTHEABOVELIMITATIONOREXCLUSIONMAYNOT
APPLYTOYOU.
THISWARRANTYGIVESYOUSPECIFICLEGALRIGHTS,ANDYOUMAYALSOHAVEOTHERRIGHTSTHATVARYFROMSTATETOSTATE.WARRANTORSPECIFICALLYDISAVOWSANYOTHERREPRESENTATION,WARRANTY,ORLIABILITYRELATINGTOTHE
CONDITIONORUSE OFTHEPRODUCT.
