LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
Volume International Corporation warrants against defects in materials or workmanship
for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. Volume International agrees
to repair and/or replace the defective item upon the company’s discretion without charge
to buyer. Outdoor fixture finishes are only covered within ninety (90) days from original
purchase date.
IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse,
abuse, lack of reasonable care (see above), the affixing of any attachment that is not
provided with the original product, alteration of factory installed attachments, loss of
parts and subjecting fixture to anything other than the specified electrical services. This
warranty also does not cover the failure of bulbs due to accidents, abuse, misuse,
vandalism, power surges, acts of nature such as lightning, and bulbs purchased separately
that and are installed by the consumer. This is also to include any damage(s) caused to
the fixture by separately purchased bulbs.
There will be no responsibility assumed for any special incidental or consequential
damages. Damages that occur during transit will not be covered as part of this warranty.
