Editing or clearing a telephone number
Editing a number +
1. Press the directory key ( + ). You will see DIR NAME on
the display.
2. Press the until you see the number you want to change on the
display.
3. Press the key. Use the following function keys to make your
changes:
● The left arrow key ( + ) and the right arrow key
( + ) move the number back and forth across the display.
● The key erases characters.
● The remain key ( + ) shows free space in memory.
● The clear key ( + ) erases the whole number.
4. Press the key twice to leave the directory list.
Clearing a number +
1. Press the directory key ( + ). You will see DIR NAME on the
display.
2. Press the until you see the number you want to clear on the
display.
3. Press the clear key ( + ). You will see REMOVE DIR ENTRY
Y/N on the display. Press the key to clear the entry. Press the
key if you decide not to clear it.
4. Press the key to leave the directory.
Clearing all telephone numbers +
1. Press the clear key ( + ). You will see CLEAR
(CONVERSATION) on the display.
2. Press the to change the setting to DIRECTORY.
3. Press the key. You will see CLEAR DIRECTORY Y/N on the
display.
