Dialing tips:
In an office, you may need a 9 or other number at the beginning to
reach an outside line.
Use a comma to add a one-second pause.
Use a 1 and an area code for long distance.
Use spaces, parentheses, and dashes to make numbers easier to read.
Use an ! to put a hook flash into numbers you dial during a call. A
hook flash is used in a voice mail system or to transfer a call.
You cannot use the * and # symbols with pulse dialing.
