Using the display backlight
The backlight helps you see messages when lighting is poor. When
the backlight is turned on, it comes on whenever you use the EZcom
Pro. The backlight turns off when you press the key after a
TTY call. It will also turn itself off after a few moments if no other
key is pressed.
When the backlight is turned off, it stays off all the time until you
turn it on again. The following steps explain how to turn the
backlight on or off, depending on its current status.
