Troubleshooting Guide

This table is only a guide to aid you in getting your vehicle operating, should you have any problems. If you are unable to

get your vehicle operating, call either Electric Mobility Customer Service toll free number located at the front of this

manual or your local Authorized Service Center.

Symptom Possible Cause Solution

Unit does not move 1. Keyswitch not “ON” 1. Turn keyswitch to “ON”

2. Manual release in ‘Push Mode’ 2. Lift brake lever to ‘Ride Mode’

3. Battery power low 3. Recharge batteries

4. Power harness loose or unplugged 4. Plug harness into connector

5. Vehicle shuts down to conserve battery 5. Cycle keyswitch

Vehicle feels wobbly

when driven 1. Tire damaged 1. Replace tire

2. Seat is loose 2. Check seat for loose hardware or

damage and assure latch is closed

around seat frame.
