Controller Diagnostics
LED Color Meaning What To Do
1Green Battery needs charging or bad connection Check battery connections by removing and re-
connecting. Recharge battery.
2Green Bad connection on left drivetrain Check motor connections
3Green Short circuit on left drivetrain Contact Service Center
4Green & Amber Bad connection on right drivetrain Check motor connections
5Green & Amber Short circuit on right drivetrain Contact Service Center
6Green & Amber Charger connected Disconnect charger
7Green & Amber Joystick fault Joystick must be centered (neutral) before turning
controller “On.”
8Green, Amber, Red Controller fault Check connections
9Green, Amber, Red Brake connection fault Check connections (motor & controller)
10 Green, Amber, Red Excessive voltage at controller Check battery connections
