Locking and Unlocking
The Model 760 can be locked and made non-operational to prevent unauthorized use, temporarily disabling it when you
are away and not using the vehicle. Locking and unlocking is performed through a few simple actions directly from the
Controller, actual keys are not required. Locking and unlocking sequences are described in the following and illustrated in
Figure 8 & 9.
To LOCK the Model 760:
• While Controls are switched “On,” press and hold
the On/Off control.
.•After 1 second, controller will beep. Release On/Off
switch.
•Move joystick forward until you hear a second beep.
•Move joystick backward (reverse direction) until you
hear a third beep.
• Release joystick, there will be a longer beep alerting
you that the power chair is now locked.
