Hitching Up
1. Before operating, inspect for proper operation, worn, damaged or missing parts.
2. Unlock by removing safety pin and be sure the Primary Lock does not show green, which indicates
that the coupler is open.
3. Back the vehicle up to the trailer until 2" of the ball is lined up under the coupler (above).
4. As you lower the coupler onto the ball, the Primary Lock and
Secondary Lock will end up in the locked position, as shown.
Green means LOCKED

The illustration shown to the right is in the locked position,
with safety clip installed. Insure the lock assembly is in the
unlock position before hook-up.
