 Always maintain a minimum of four (4) full turns of cable or strap around the drum of the winch.
Never apply load to winch fully extended.
 Operate winch manually only.
 After moving the item, be sure to secure it. The winch is intended for short term use only.
 Do not use to transport people of animals.
 Not for use by or around children.
Assembly Instructions
Refer to the Assembly Diagram at end of this manual. Plan the proper location of the winch mount.
Make sure the mounting position has enough capacity to support the winch work.
1. Place the #8 Support Boards under the Mounting Frame and place the #4 Back Mounting Base
on the Frame. Align the suitable holes and secure with the #10 Lock Nuts M10 and the #9 Hex
Bolts M10x190.
2. Attach the bottom end of the #3 Stand to the middle of the #4 Back Mounting Base using the #14
Hex Bolt M10x60 and the #10 Lock Nut M10.
3. Attach both the #7 Support Plates to the #4 Back Mounting Base and the #3 Stand using the #12
Hex Bolts M10x25, the #13 Hex Bolt M10x65, and the #10 Lock Nuts M10.
