HOW TO INSTALL TRAILER HUBS

Slide the hub (A10) on the end of Axle (A3). Install cotter pin (B7) through the hole in the Frame (A3).

Install the dust cap (B6) with a dust cap installation tool Install tire assembly over stud bolts. Start all nuts by hand
(not supplied). to prevent cross threading.
Use a mallet or hammer, only strike the dust cap installation Tighten the lug nuts in stages. Follow the sequence and
tool and not the dust cap (B6) torque stages indicated in the figure above.
(Helpful hint): Place piece of wood over the dust cap
installation tool.
7. Install the Coupler (A1) AND Safety Chains (B19) to Tongue by M12*110 Hex Bolt (B10),with
φ12 Flat washer (B15) and M12 Lock Nuts (B16).
The M12*110 Hex Bolt (B10) which is installed near the head of the Coupler (A1) should
go through the hole in the middle of the Safety Chains (B19), as shown in the figures below.
8. Slide the Collar Bracket (A9) into place on Tongue (A2),
Assemble the Tongue (A2) into the axle (A3) by M18*110
hex bolt (B11) with φ18*3 flat washer (B17) and M18
Lock Nut B18), lock the Collar Bracket (A9) with the
Tongue (A2) by Safety pin (A12) and φ3*25 R-clip (B1).
Note: Be sure to connect wire harness from the end of
the tongue into the axle assembly wire harness.
