• DO NOT use without the fenders in place.
• Check the tire pressure on the tow vehicle before use.
• Hitch the Car Dolly to the tow vehicle before loading the vehicle to be towed.
• Whenever possible, park the Car Dolly on a flat, level surface and chock both tires to keep it from moving.
• After loading the vehicle to be towed, secure tilt mechanism in towing position.
• Secure towed vehicle in place with straps (not included).
• Make wide turns when towing a loaded Car Dolly, avoiding both sharp turns and U-turns. Turning too sharply can cause
damage to the Car dolly and/or the tow vehicle or the towed vehicle.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
• Required Tools – Open end wrench set, Adjustable wrenches, rubber mallet, socket set.

5. Install the Ramps (A4) onto the Axle (A3) by M12*110 hex
bolt (B10), with φ12 flat washer (B15) and M12 Lock Nuts
(B16).
6. Place the Car Dolly Axle across blocks, (not included) two
jack stands or shipping crate to support the Axle. Install the
trailer Hubs (A10) (See below for instructions to install hubs)
making sure ample amounts of trailer hub grease are used to
lubricate bearings.
Install the Wheels (A11) by lug nuts (B2) and torque in an
alternating pattern until tight. Note: Always check lug nuts
prior to each use to insure they are tight.
