SECTION5: HITCH ASSSEMBLY
16. With assistance, turn the trailer assembly over (with the wheels on the ground).
17. Attach the spare tire bar (4) to the tow bar and secure with M10*25 bolts, ¢flat washer and
M10 nuts. (30, 28, 29 Bolt set C).
Do not fully tighten bolts yet. Leave the bolts loose enough to adjust the tow bar (below).
18. Bolt coupler (7) to the coupler base (5) with M12*90 hex bolts, flat washers, and M12 nuts
(35, 36, 37 bolt Set C), attach the safety chain (8) to the coupler with bolt M12*90 by putting
the bolt through the center link of the chain, then lock it. NOTE: Make sure the chain is the
same length on each side.
19. Place the coupler with coupler base (7, 5) on the front of the tow bar and secure it with sets
of M10*25 bolts , ¢10flat washers and M10nuts (30, 28, 29 Bolt set C) as shown.
20. Adjust the tow bar so it is in line with the center line of the frame to help prevent the trailer
from fish-tailing during towing.
21. While keeping the tow bar aligned with the frame, fully tighten all bolts on the tow bar, spare
tire bar, and coupler.
22. Lock coupler trigger using safety pin (41) through the trigger hole then insert the R pin (42)
through the end hole of safety pin to lock the coupler.

9. Locate both tire/hub assemblies (22, 10). Using a flat head screwdriver and rubber mallet, pry
open the dust cap (16) of the wheels and find the cotter pin (15).
10. Attach both tire/hub assemblies to the axle (9) by sliding the hub (wheel studs pointed
outward) over the axle spindles. Slide the outer bearings (12) onto the spindles and into the
bearing caps in the hubs. Secure the hubs with washers (13) and castle nuts (14). Tighten
them snugly then back off the castle nuts (14) a little bit so that the hubs can spin freely.
11. Grease the grease fittings (40) located on the backside of each hub assembly.
12. Insert cotter pins (15) through the holes at the end of axle spindles and bend the pins over
to lock it in place. Gently tap the dust caps (16) over the hub openings until the flange of the
cap seats is on the hubs.
13. Secure each tire /wheel assembly using the lug nuts (23). Torque the lug nuts to 85-90ft-lbs.
SECTION4: TOW BAR ASSEMBLY
14. Attach the tow bar rails (3) to the side rails (1) and cross member (2). NOTE: the tow bar rails
should have the three holes end toward the front. Secure with M10*25 bolts, ¢10 flat
washer and M10 nuts (30, 28, 29 bolt set A).
Do not fully tighten the bolts yet. Leave them loose enough to adjust the tow bar in step 5.
15. Place the stand base (6) at the front of the tow bar rails (3), secure with six holes by M10*25
bolts, ¢10 flat washer and M10 nuts (30, 28, 29 Bolt set A) as shown.
