 To lift the crane, use the ram handle (19) to lock the ram valve, then put the handle into the
fulcrum and lift the ram.
 To lower the crane, use the ram handle (19) to release the ram valve.
After Each Use
⚠WARNING
Keep the crane away from children.
This crane stores easily in the side of the truck.
Maintenance
 It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your
crane in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in
accordance with the recommended procedures found in this manual. If any abnormal vibrations or
noise occurs, stop using the crane immediately and have the problem corrected before further
use. Have necessary repairs made by qualified service personnel.
 Use only soap and a damp cloth to clean your tools. Many household cleaners are harmful to
plastics and other insulation. Never let liquid get inside a tool.
 When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the
warranty. Only use accessories intended for use with this crane.
 To add oil, fully collapse the jack and then add oil to increase the oil level up to the oil plug. Use
only hydraulic jack oil.
 Lubricate the grease fitting with a grease gun once a month or when the boom becomes difficult
to swivel on the post.
