any abnormal vibrations or noise occurs, have the problem corrected before further use. Have necessary
repairs made by qualified service personnel.
Tools Needed
ASSEMBLY
Step 1 Unfold the tri-fold ramp, assemble the tongue (2) under the ramp plate (1) first, align the holes,
tighten with M8x25 hex bolt (3) and M8 lock nut (4); Then align the holes on the top the ramp plate, tighten
with M8x16 allen head bolt (5) and M8 lock nut (4).
Step 2 Place the tongue of tri-fold ramp against the back of vehicle.
Step 3 Secure the ramp to the vehicle using strap. After the safety strap is secure, test the ramp by pulling
backwards on it. Make sure it does not slide back or disengage from the loading surface.
Step 4 After use, unhook the safety chain and fold the ramp; portable design is convenient to carry when not
in use.
