1. MAX. WEIGHT OF CARGO NOT TO EXCEED 500 LBS.
2. Slide cargo across the frame to find the center of gravity, where the cargo will rest without rocking easily.
3. The cargo needs to be secured with bungee cords or otherwise tied down to prevent swaying.
Folding The Frame Body When Not In Use
1. Pull out the pin (5) and the connecting pin (6).
2. Turn the frame body up until the frame body is vertical.
3. Insert the connecting pin (6) through the 2” tube body assembly (2) and the lower hole of the 2” foldable tube (4) and insert the clip
(5) into the connecting pin (6).
IMPORTANT! Check that all connections are tight.
OPERATION
WARNING: RISK OF FIRE/FIRE HAZARD.
Never allow loads or items on the cargo carrier to block or impede exhaust from vehicle.
This can cause a fire or damage to personal property or vehicle.
Step 1: 2-person installation is recommended to lift the cargo carrier into place.
Step 2: Lift the cargo carrier and insert drawbar into the hitch receiver on the vehicle.
Step 3: Line up the horizontal hole in the drawbar with the hole in your hitch. When the holes line up, insert
a hitch pin with through the holes to secure the cargo carrier. Attach cotter pin into end of hitch pin to hold in
place.
MAINTENANCE
Maintain your cargo carrier. It is recommended that the general condition of the cargo carrier
be examined before each use. Keep your carrier in good condition by adopting a program of
conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the recommended procedures found in this
manual.
• Keep the carrier clean. A properly maintained cargo carrier will work more effectively. Keep all parts dry,
clean and free from oil and grease.
• Cleaning. Use only soap and a damp cloth to clean your cargo carrier.
