LI NK METH OD
The Link Command is used to insert a link to another stored Method into the operating sequence of a
Method. You can Link a Method anyplace in the Method sequence.

TO LINK TO A STORED METHOD:
1. From the Method Main screen, choose Step Definition to enter the Method Steps Summary screen.
2. Highlight (select once) the Method Step that you want the Link Command to follow.
3. Choose the Add Step button to access the Method Steps Menu screen.
4. Choose Advanced Options to enter the Set Advanced Options screen.
5. Choose Link to enter the Link Selection screen and display a list of the saved Methods available.
6. Double tap the Method that you want to link to in the current Method. If the desired Method is not
listed on the screen, use the Scroll Up/Scroll Down or Page Up/Page Down buttons to scroll through
the Method List. Upon selection you are returned to the Method Steps Summary screen.

The Stop Command is used to instruct the pump to stop operation. This Command can be used in
conjunction with I/O Events to control pump operation based on external events.
TO INSERT A STOP COMMAND IN A METHOD:
1. From the Method Main screen, choose Step Definition to enter the Method Steps Summary screen.
2. Highlight (select once) the Method Step that you want the Stop Command to follow.
3. Choose the Add Step button to access the Method Steps Menu screen.
4. Choose Advanced Options to enter the Set Advanced Options screen.
5. Choose Stop to insert the Stop Command into the Method.
6. Choose the Accept button to return to the Method Steps Summary screen.
