Maintenance/Calibration Reminders
The PHD Ultra monitors usage and provides convenient reminders for periodic maintenance or calibration.
You can adjust the settings for the reminders to accommodate your specific operating conditions.

arvard Apparatus recommends that system calibration checks/adjustments be performed at least once per
year on the pump and that lubrication should be performed once every 200 hours of operation.

TO ADJUST THE MAINTENANCE/CALIBRATION REMINDERS:
1. From the Quick Start or Method Main screen, choose the Settings button.
2. From the Settings menu, choose the Maintenance/Calibration button to enter the Calibration screen.
3. In the Calibration section, select the Calibration Reminder button to toggle on/off an automatic
reminder of when calibration is suggested. Note that the next date for suggested calibration is
displayed on this screen at all times.
4. In the Calibration section, choose Reset to set the next suggested Calibration due date based on the
current date. Note that calibration is suggested once per year, so choosing Reset will modify the
Calibration due date to one year from the current date.
5. In the Lubrication section, the pump will display the total run time since the last reset of the
Lubrication timer. To reset the time, choose the Reset button in the Lubrication section of the
Maintenance screen.
6. When you are finished, choose Accept to save your changes and return to the Settings menu.
