Notes:
G
When a sound file is
followed by image files,
Photo Explorer starts playing
the sound and then
advances to the succeeding
images. The sound file
continues to play until the
next sound file comes up or
a video file appears in the
sequence.
A
A *.UES project file stores
information such as file
sequence, file names and
their location, as well as
slide show options. The
actual image, video and
sound files are not saved in
the project.
Here’s how to create a slide show:
1. Select Tools: Slide Show to open
the Slide Show Storyboard and
create a new project.
2. Select and drag the thumbnails of
image, video, and sound files to
the storyboard. You can drag
thumbnails from different folders.
3. To change the sequence of
thumbnails, just drag them to the
desired position. If you want to
play music while displaying
images, place the sound file before
the first image in the slide show
sequence.
4. Click the Slide Show Options
button to select a transition effect
and other display options. Choose
whether to run the slide show
automatically or by manual
control.
5. To have a self-running slide show,
also enter the time delay for
displaying images. (The time delay
affects images only. Video and
sound files play according to their
actual clip duration.)
6. If you want each image to have a
different time delay, select each
image thumbnail and click the
Slide Properties button. Then, set
the time delay for the selected
image.
7. Click Save. Next time you want to
make changes, just open the
*.UES project file again in the
Slide Show Storyboard.
