• Inspect the wire insulation for any cuts,

abrasions, or exposed copper that may have

resulted during shipping. If there is a defect in

the wire, do not attempt installation.

• Before starting installation of this ﬁxture or

removal of a previous ﬁxture, disconnect the

power by turning oﬀ the circuit breaker or by

removing the fuse at the fuse box.

• This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce

the risk of electric shock .This plug will ﬁt in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not ﬁt fully

in the outlet ,reverse the plug. If it still does not ﬁt , contact a qualiﬁed electrician . Never use with an

extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted . Do not alter the plug.

Assembly Instructions INSTALLATION STEP 2 STEP 3 Screw the stems into the fixture as shown. Screw the decorative stem into the stems as shown. STEP 4 STEP 5 1.Install bulbs (not included). 2.Screw the bracket into the fixture as shown. 1.Use the ball nuts to attach the lamp shade to the fixture. 2.Insert the plug to wall outlet and use the switch to turn on or off the lamp.
