Our UFP-Edge factory-applied machine coat primer
covers all six sides of the board to ensure protection
and long-term performance, indoors or outside in the
elements. In the end, our nishing system ensures
consistent and even coverage of primer and prepares
the wood for a great topcoat nish. We don’t stop there.
Our UFP-Edge prenishing facilities are also capable of
offering a variety of primed pattern boards like shiplap
and tongue and groove. UFP-Edge primed products use
a variety of coatings with low VOC to help reduce the
impact on the environment. Our advanced prenishing
equipment also allows us to coat a variety of substrates
with unique nishes for nearly any application. Throughout
our process, we check materials for defects and quality
to make sure the nished surface is simply the best.

PRIMED FOR EXTRA PROTECTION WITH XTP
For the ultimate protection, choose our new XTP
(Exterior Topical Preservative) primer option. XTP is
an additive that forties each board and safeguards
against rot and termites. And for peace of mind,
UFP-Edge primed trim and fascia with XTP is backed
with a warranty against peeling, aking, rot and termites.

PREMIUM PRIMED
Premium Primed trim and fascia is made from knot-free
nger-jointed radiata pine and is available in a reversible
prole (S1S2E). Both faces offer a unique textured appearance,
creating an attractive exterior accent. Each board is primed
and ready for a custom topcoat of exterior paint. 1X and
2X boards are available in a variety of lengths.

Edge Primed SPF trim and fascia boards start with J Grade
and Appearance Grade SPF raw lumber, machined and
primed to perform in virtually any weather condition.
Available in S1S2E resawn or combed nish and S4S, both
faces offer a unique textured appearance, creating an
attractive exterior accent. 1X and 2X boards are available
in a variety of lengths and are primed and ready for a
custom topcoat of exterior paint.
