TheSSM1iswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsin

materialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofthreeyearsfromthedate

ofpurchase.Ifwithinthewarrantyperiodyourinstrumentshould

becomeinoperativefromsuchdefects,theunitwillberepairedor

replacedatUEi’soption.Thiswarrantycoversnormaluseanddoes

notcoverdamagewhichoccursinshipmentorfailurewhichresults

fromalteration,tampering,accident,misuse,abuse,neglector

impropermaintenance.Batteriesandconsequentialdamage

resultingfromfailedbatteriesarenotcoveredbywarranty.

 Anyimpliedwarranties,includingbutnotlimitedtoimplied

warrantiesofmerchantabilityandfitnessforaparticularpurpose,

arelimitedtotheexpresswarranty.UEishallnotbeliableforloss

ofuseoftheinstrumentorotherincidentalorconsequentialdam-

ages,expenses,oreconomicloss,orforanyclaimorclaimsfor

suchdamage,expensesoreconomicloss.Apurchasereceiptor

otherproofoforiginalpurchasedatewillberequiredbeforewar-

rantyrepairswillberendered.Instrumentsoutofwarrantywillbe

repaired(whenrepairable)foraservicecharge.Returntheunit
