TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM SOLUTION The App will not connect with COA2 Check batteries in COA2 The App suddenly errors out, loses connection and is unable to reconnect Check batteries in COA2 The App disconnects from the COA2 while using other Apps and is unable to reconnect Some Android phones disconnect from the COA2 while in the background. Quit the App and relaunch. Apple phones keep connectivity in background mode.
