LIMITED WARRANTY
The products of Abbott Rubber Company are warranted to be free from defects
in material and workmanship for one year from date of shipment. Liability is
limited to the purchase price or replacement of product. In no event shall the
Seller be liable for any injury, loss, or damage directly or consequentially arising
out of the use of the product.
Abbott Rubber Company makes no representation or warranty of any kind as to
the suitability of any product for a particular use. The buyer shall determine the
suitability before putting product to use.
In addition, this warranty shall not apply to any products or portions thereof which
have been subjected to abuse, misuse, improper installation, or have been
altered, modified or reworked. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties,
expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability
and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
