Troubleshooting

1. For the Audio and Video Latency:
You need to right-click
Video Capture Device
then click
Filters
.You can adjust it
smaller or bigger until the audio and video synchronize.
2. Audio Problems:
1) Check your computer to operate the program's minimum system requirements. It
is very important for it.
2) Check the audio output mode, selectUCEC HD Video Capture.
3) About the voice has echoes: if you use the OBS Studio software to capture video.
In order to ensure that the recording process is not affected by the microphone, the
following options are selected "Disabled".
4) In the "Audio" interface, select“Sample Rate” of 48KHz for the better sound
quality.
