LIMITED WARRANTY
ONE YEAR
Seller warrant s each new product m anufact ured and sold by Seller against
defect s in m at erial and workm anship under norm al use and service, for a
period of one ( 1) year from t he date of shipm ent from Seller's plant, when
operated in accordance with Seller's operat ing inst ruct ions. This warrant y
shall not apply to t ubes, fuses, bat t eries, or bulbs.
Warranties are valid only when and if (a) Seller receives prom pt writ ten
notice of breach within the period of warrant y, ( b) t he defective product is
properly packed and ret urned by t he Buyer ( t ransport at ion and insurance
prepaid) , and (c) Seller determ ines, in it s sole j udgm ent, that t he product is
defect ive and not subj ect t o any m isuse, neglect , im proper inst allat ion,
negligence, accident, or ( unless authorized in w rit ing by Seller) repair or
alterat ion. Seller's exclusive liabilit y for any personal and/ or propert y dam age
( including direct, consequent ial or incidental) caused by t he breach of any or
all warrant ies, shall be lim it ed t o the following: (a) repairing or replacing (in
Seller's sole discret ion) any defective part s free of charge ( F.O.B. Seller's
plant ) , and/ or ( b) credit ing (in Seller's sole discret ion) all or a portion of the
purchase price t o t he Buyer.
Equipm ent furnished by Seller, but not bearing its t rade nam e, shall bear no
warrant ies ot her than t he special hours- of- use or ot her warrant ies extended
by or enforceable against the m anufact urer at t he t im e of delivery to the

I N TH I S ARTI CLE, SHALL APPLY TO TH E EQUI PMEN T FURN I SH ED
HEREUNDER.
