If the grantee markets their product as being Part 15 Subpart B compliant (when it also contains
unintentional-radiator digital circuity), then the grantee shall provide a notice stating that the final host
product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed
11.1.1. FCC Labelling Requirements
When integrating the M7B-Q95-B into a product it must be ensured that the FCC labelling
requirements are met. This includes a clearly visible label on the outside of the finished product
specifying the ubisys technologies GmbH FCC identifier (FCC ID: 2AWGH-M7B-Q95-B) as well as
Transmitter Module FCC ID: 2AWGH-M7B-Q95-B 2AWGH-M7B-Q95-B
although any similar wording that expresses the same meaning may be used.
Industry Canada (IC) Approvals
The ubisys technologies GmbH M7B-Q95-B with integrated antenna has been tested to comply with
IC.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference,
and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause
undesired operation of the device.
This module complies with FCC and Industry Canada RF radiation exposure limits set forth for
general population. To maintain compliance, this module must not be co-located or operating in
conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
The labelling requirements for Industry Canada are similar to those of the FCC. Again a clearly visibly
Transmitter Module, IC: 26146-M7BQ95B wording that expresses the same
meaning may be used.
The integrator is responsible for the final product to comply to IC ICES-003 and FCC Part 15, Sub. B
