8. SOLDERING
Lead-free reflow soldering
Do not reflow solder with the module on the bottom side of the main PCB. The module might fall off the
PCB during that process. Make sure that it is placed on the top side while reflow soldering.
Hand soldering
Hand soldering is possible. Follow IPC recommendations (reference document IPC-7711) when using
a soldering iron.
