① Definition
 Software component for windows
 When plug-in PC, it will be automatically executed
 When plug-out PC, it will be automatically terminated
② Function
 It will control the Interface between UBDongle and Skype
 It will provide the Bluetooth-related functions such as searching, connecting, and
disconnecting of Bluetooth Headset.
