Details Brings up the Details window. This allows you to view Access Point settings and connected users.

Topology Displays a visual representation of the network configuration and connections between Access Points. Devices that are wirelessly connected will have a wireless icon next to them. The Status will appear as Adopting until the Access Point is connected. • Upgrade If a software upgrade is available for the Access Point, click Upgrade to install the latest UniFi firmware on the device. The Status will appear as Upgrading until the process is complete and the Access Points reconnects to the UniFi Controller software.

Chapter 10: Access Point Details Access Point - Isolated When an Access Point is in an Isolated state, a connection to the UniFi Controller software can be reestablished by reconnecting the Access Point to the router or by establishing a wireless uplink to a wired Access Point.

There are four clickable tabs at the top of the window and two buttons located on the bottom of the window. The buttons are accessible from any of the tabs and perform the following actions: Block Allows you to block the selected user from accessing the network. Reconnect Allows you to reconnect a user that has been blocked previously.

Chapter 11: User/Guest Details Debug Debug Allows you to force a device to connect to a specific Access Point. Duration Displays the time duration that the user was connected to the Access Point. Hotspot Manager includes four main tabs when accessed by the UniFi Controller admin account. These tabs include Wireless Guests, Payments/Transactions, Vouchers, and Operator Accounts. Upload Displays the total number of bytes uploaded by the guest. The UniFi Controller admin can create operator accounts for the Hotspot Manager.
