13. Attach the Mounting Bracket to the pole just above the
Stabilizer Brackets.
a. Slide a Pole Clamp over each pair of M10x170
CarriageBolts.
b. Secure each M10x170 Carriage Bolt with one washer,
one spring lock washer, and one nut.
